I am pretty annoyed about a few things. The ice machines on several floors are busted. I had to go down three floors just to get some ice. I found the advertised shuttle service to the parks to be quite irregular. Waiting times were long, and it didn't run as frequently as I needed. I ended up using ride-sharing services more often than I planned.

Richard at Tesoro Cove was amazing. His service was attentive, and he kept my drinks filled with care. I suggest the omelet station. The young lady there crafted a perfect omelet. The entire meal was a delight.
The pool smelled a bit strange . Thankfully, there were several other pools available.

Some Issues During the Stay

I encountered a couple of problems . The ice machines on several floors were out of service. It was quite inconvenient. The advertised Chromecast service in the room also did not function, and no one seemed able to fix the issue. (It was frustrating, to say the least).
