broken ice machines irregular shuttle service
I am pretty annoyed about a few things. The ice machines on several floors are busted. I had to go down three floors just to get some ice. I found the advertised shuttle service to the parks to be quite irregular. Waiting times were long, and it didn't run as frequently as I needed. I ended up using ride-sharing services more often than I planned.

attentive service perfect omelet filled drinks special moment
Richard at Tesoro Cove was amazing. His service was attentive, and he kept my drinks filled with care. I suggest the omelet station. The young lady there crafted a perfect omelet. The entire meal was a delight.
The pool smelled a bit strange . Thankfully, there were several other pools available.

generous portions friendly service
I ate generous portions at the Back Bay Pool Bar. Carmelo provided excellent service and was very friendly. The lagoon looked AMAZING at night. The boardwalk was also great.

Some Issues During the Stay
out of service machines non-functioning service
I encountered a couple of problems . The ice machines on several floors were out of service. It was quite inconvenient. The advertised Chromecast service in the room also did not function, and no one seemed able to fix the issue. (It was frustrating, to say the least).

Excellent service and comfortable beds

The beds provided restful sleep. I found the buffalo chicken wrap at the pool bar delicious. The pools were sparkling clean. It was a resort I highly recommend.

The front desk staff offered amazing service. The staff in the cafe were attentive. I enjoyed a great tasting latte. The view from my suite was great. I could watch the fireworks happening at epcot. The outdoor areas are relaxing and offer many options.

The hotel has several restaurants. One restaurant offers an upscale experience, providing bar food with loud music. The baristas in the cafe were attentive, and the latte tasted great. It was prepared efficiently and served with a smile.
